I take this opportunity to promise and commit my customers and client-prospects that it is my sole responsibility to take care of the Plant Performance of all sites on a day-to-day basis ensuring the output reaches the expected efficiency. We at AVR O&M value safety more than anything, given the nature of the industry we operate in. Power plants are susceptible to a great probability of occupational hazard and environmental vulnerability. I myself directly oversee the safety measures of all the plants that we operate. We have devised the safest way of drawing maximum output which is implemented across all the plants where the heart and brain (Boilers and Turbines) are taken utmost care during the hours of production. Manpower deployment is a challenge these days, given the nature of work. Identifying driven individuals and putting them in the right belt remains an art by itself. We have successfully mastered this art, which ensures quality in productivity, invariably in all the project sites.

We follow International Safety Standards to operate Client Equipment which ensures safe and efficient incessant run of Boilers and Turbines. We plan to achieve this goal through our carefully curated Human Resources and seek their continuous involvement in achieving the Company’s objectives.
