L.Vijayaragava muraleetharan, an engineer by profession, commenced his career as a design engineer in Cethar Vessels and forged his role as a power plant expert over the last three decades. O&M is something he has been doing for 25+ years.
1990's - Began Career as a Design Engineer
Started as a design engineer at Cethar Vessels, gaining expertise in power plant design and operations.
2002 - 2004 - Plant Head of TYCO-Hofincons
Appointed as Plant Head for Aditya Birla Cements (12 MW), successfully commissioned the plant.
2004 – 2005 - Plant Head of Thermax Ltd
Led operations for Ramco Cements (2 × 18 MW) as Plant Head, achieving smooth commissioning and operations.
2005 - Co-Founded Enmas India Pvt Ltd
Enmas India evolved into a 1600 employees enterprise, becoming one of India's premier O&M companies.
2021 - Founded AVR Energies
Established AVR Energies to continue providing innovative and reliable O&M services, upholding his legacy and loyal client relationships.
