Ashok Ram is a dynamic leader with a rich educational background and extensive industry experience. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, one of India’s leading engineering institutions.
With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and business management, Ashok brings a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic vision to AVR Energies. As the Director, he spearheads the company’s mission to redefine traditional practices through Asset Vitality Retainment, setting new benchmarks in the industry.

Venkataraman Vasudevan is a distinguished engineering leader with over three decades of experience in Bulk Material Handling Systems across the Power, Ports, Mining, Steel, Refinery, and Industrial sectors. With a strong foundation in engineering, project execution, and operational excellence, he has built a reputation for delivering innovative solutions that enhance reliability, efficiency, and long-term asset performance.
Throughout his career, Venkataraman has successfully led the engineering, execution, and optimization of complex material handling systems for some of India’s leading industrial organizations. His extensive expertise spans large-scale infrastructure projects, equipment modernization initiatives, plant performance enhancement programs, and operations and maintenance strategies designed to maximize asset utilization and operational effectiveness.
His professional journey began with FLSmidth, where he gained valuable international exposure through assignments in Denmark and Germany, strengthening his expertise in advanced engineering practices and global project execution. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous landmark projects across India and international markets, earning recognition for his technical leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to engineering excellence.
