Key Achievements

Successfully commissioned and synchronised an 18 MW captive power plant (76 TPH AFBC + WHRB + 7.0 MW Siemens turbine) under AVR Energies, enabling the client’s production expansion.

Led the greenfield project and O&M of a 22 MW captive power plant (50 TPH AFBC + 3×10 TPH WHRB + Triveni turbine) at Maa Chinnamastika Cement, taking it from civil works to steady‑state operation.

Managed 28 MW captive power plant operations (45 TPH AFBC + 3×38 TPH WHRB + Siemens turbine) as General Manager at KJSA Steels, driving consistent plant availability above targeted norms.

Served as Plant Incharge for a 2×45 MW Cogeneration plant (2×135 TPH AFBC + multiple WHR boilers + 2 Siemens turbines) at Cethar Energy/SBQ Steels, overseeing shift operations, maintenance, and client reporting.

Commissioned 2×35 MW CFBC‑based power units as Site Incharge at Kamachi Sponge, ensuring on‑time synchronization and handover to the O&M team.

Ascended from Shift Engineer (6 MW biomass) to Project Manager (90 MW coal/cement captive) through progressively responsible roles across biomass, sponge iron, cement, and steel sectors

Project & Contractor Leadership

Manages captive power projects up to 90 MW, to deliver commissioning ahead of COD.

Plant Transition & O&M Ramp‑Up

Stabilises newly synced multi‑boiler, multi‑turbine plants and hands them over to an upskilled O&M team with embedded safety and shift discipline across cement, steel & sponge iron.
